The event fee includes:
- 6 hour rental (includes 1 hour set up time and 1 hour breakdown time)
- Use of our living room, dining room, or gardens
- Wine and/or champagne
- 1 hour of our pre-set hors d’oeuvres selection (your choice of 4)
- 2 servers provided by Lake La Quinta Inn for 30 guests or less, 3 servers for 31-60 guests, 4 servers for 61-90 guests
Additional hours over the contract may be added for $50 per hour
Cork fee $10 per bottle for outside alcohol
Outside food may incur an additional charge – please contact us
*For additional services such as catering and bartending, flowers, equipment rental, entertainment you may only use our list of approved vendors which can be found here.
*Weddings must be a private event for a 2 night buyout to ensure the tranquility of the other guests staying with us. Please see our Private Event Buyout Package Rates.
$500 Damage Deposit required for all events
50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve date, balance due 60 days prior to event

The event fee includes:
- Privilege of privacy, no other guests on premises
- 2 nights stay
- 13 room buy out
- Standard hotel services including housekeeping
*Optional Site Rental Fee: $2000 to use your own vendors and plan an event ‘party, dinner, or ceremony’
