Lake La Quinta Inn Policies

The house and grounds are open only to guests, ensuring the ultimate in privacy and repose. Room rates are single or double occupancy only and subject to applicable taxes. An additional charge of $200 a night will be incurred to any room found with an extra person. Inn policies and room rates may change without notice. Minimum two night stay for weekends and holidays.

PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY. We have a 7 day (prior to arrival) cancellation policy. All cancellations made within the 7 day period will be charged one night room rate plus tax. Cancellations and date changes made before the 7 day cancellation deadline will result in a $25 charge. All reservations made within 7 days will be charged at the time of booking. All group reservations (of more than 5 rooms) including the entire Inn will be charged the first night say 30 days in advance.

Peak season is October 1st through May 31st. Summer is June 1st through September 30th.

Check in time is 3pm and check out 11am. Should you require a later check in time, please contact us to make special arrangements.
